CO2-HP-systems are basically used to protect installations premises where the storage of gas does not exceed approx. 2 t, e.g. in switchgear cabinets,data processing rooms, spray booths, mixers for combustible liquids.HP systems are characterized by a low space and maintenance requirement.They have universal application, can be quickly adapted the new situations and are extremly cost-effective.
CO2 Low Pressure Systems
CO2-LP-systems are used where large quantities of extinguishing agent are required, e.g. free-standing systems, machines, turbines, storage for combustible liquids, and / or several facilities have to be protected with differing requirements. The incoming volume of extinguishing gas can be regulated by the fire-alarm center to defined opening times and adjusted to the particular facility beeing protected.
